Dirty

This was (by far) one of the dirtiest phone sets I have ever seen in a $200 a night motel room. They sent me an e-mail survey and I told them about the phone and that I thought the furniture was old and worn. (Gross!)

They published my survey, but alas - it is lost as the only below average comment in a sea of Excellent rating posts. Sigh.

That's in a motel, I agree....gross. Don't you hate when you give a place a poor rating for GOOD reasons and it seems you're the only one. Most dummies probably wouldn't notice the phone but I look at the smaller details too. Drives my family nuts!
