After years of working, I know that I should know better. It happened again today. I let it all get to me. I got totally frazzled.
I am still trying to unwind. I tried wine. Nothing. Just gave me a flippin' headache.
The house I grew up in since I was six years old to about 26 years old is getting leveled tomorrow. Family is gathering at a neighbor's house. I plan to video tape it.
I am not in a good place.

So sorry about your stress. I am sure that the symbolism of your former home being leveled has something to do with this. We are so temporary on this earth, but we do not want to be reminded of it! May things slow down as school gets underway.
