A simple choice of words. In an e-mail.

.....due to the fact that the resources that we're pushing are constantly being tampered with.    

The pen is mightier than the sword. Is that what they say? The blue line above is lifted directly from an e-mail message complaining about the filter (that I manage at work).

He had to use the word "tamper".  A simple choice of words.

He said in the next sentence that he is 100% certain that it is not on purpose. Well, he should not have used the word tamper, then. Because tamper means that something improper is being done. Something underhanded.

This is the third message this guy has sent about the filter and how unhappy he is.

He continues to mention that he appreciates my work etc... but this line right here. That blue line indicates that he has accused me of something. Whether he meant to do it or not. He must be thinking it to write it.
