Taking a snapshot of the treeline on the other side of the road from where I was taking pictures of the lake. Whew. That was a long sentence.
Arthritis runs in my family. My doctor told me to take magnesium daily. It ain't workin', doc! My left elbow kills. It is my "picking up my coffee cup" elbow. I have to use two hands now to sip my coffee if I don't want much pain.
But, not every day. Today there is a big weather front moving in. Hmmm. Well, I can't complain about headaches anymore - so you get some arthritis. I'll take the arthritis any day!

So sorry about the pain. I don't know what works, but some people do seem to find relief. Lovely fall in your area.
I don't know what works either. I get some relief from taking ibuprofen, but it's not a big problem with me. Enjoy your pictures.
