Yes, that is correct. The date on the photo IS July 1st. That is a Sunday. Sister 1944 called a plumber on a Sunday. This is the same sister who had 2 inches of water in her kitchen the morning of July 9th. And later that day had her car totaled in an accident. Yes, July 9th was 8 days after the plumber was there. Not certain what that was all about.
Anyway, we thought this was a cute vehicle for plumbing "emergencies".

Wow. The vehicle reminds of an ambulance in some places. Well same type service, one for houses, the other for people.
