Here is my nephew's cat, Gato. She had her front claws removed. It was done before he adopted her. She goes outside for long periods of time. Probably to visit her old friends in the neighborhood.My foot has taken a turn for the worse. That Plantar faciitjusthurts, being the culprit. I've been cranky so I have not felt like writing much.

I hope that you are feeling better soon. Do the recommended exercises and see if those expensive inserts will help.
The exercises were excruciating, and I have tried the inserts before but I am almost ready to get them again just hoping they work this time. If I didn't have to walk while in the store. Everything requires the feet!
