The Atlantic and Chilé
You know, I am not real certain where the Atlantic ocean becomes the Pacific ocean, but I did look up a map of Chilé. There is not a whole heck of a lot that touches the Atlantic ocean but what do I know?

I suppose a fishing boat could sail from Chile around the tip of S. America to the Atlantic.
Most likely means it was processed in Chile.
You are right. The Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans meet at the tip of Chili.
